Order Cancellation Policy

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify an order.

Cancellation Requests

Email gujinaa@outlook.com with your full name, order number and the email address used during checkout.

Cancellation Before Processing

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order that has not entered processing, fulfilment or dispatch. However, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Orders Already Processed or Dispatched

Once an order has been processed, packed or transferred to the carrier, it may no longer be possible to cancel or modify it.

If cancellation is no longer possible, the customer may request a return after delivery, subject to our Refund and Returns Policy.

Address or Product Changes

Requests to change a delivery address, colour, size, product or quantity must be submitted promptly. We cannot guarantee that the requested change can be completed.

Customers are responsible for checking all order details before completing payment.

Cancellation by Us

We may cancel an order where:

• The product is unavailable
• Payment cannot be authorised or verified
• The order appears fraudulent or unusually high risk
• The delivery address is incomplete, invalid or unsupported
• Pricing or product information contains an obvious error
• The order may violate sanctions, export controls or trade restrictions
• Promotions have been misused
• The customer has engaged in abusive or unlawful conduct

If we cancel a paid order, an applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
