Order Cancellation Policy
This Order Cancellation Policy applies to all women's clothing orders placed with Beijing Gujin Technology Co., Ltd. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify an apparel order.
Cancellation Requests
Email gujinaa@outlook.com with your full name, order number and the email address used during checkout to submit a cancellation request.
Cancellation Before Processing
We will make reasonable efforts to cancel a women's clothing order that has not entered production processing, fulfilment or dispatch. However, cancellation cannot be fully guaranteed due to fast order scheduling.
Orders Already Processed or Dispatched
Once an order has been processed, packed or transferred to the international logistics carrier, it may no longer be possible to cancel or modify women's clothing items.
If cancellation is no longer available, you may submit a return application after delivery, subject to our official Refund and Returns Policy.
Address or Product Changes
Requests to change delivery address, clothing color, size, product style or purchase quantity must be submitted promptly after order placement. We cannot guarantee all modification demands can be completed successfully.
Customers are fully responsible for checking all women's apparel order details carefully before finishing payment.
Cancellation by Us
We may cancel a women's clothing order under the following circumstances:
- The women's clothing product is out of stock / unavailable
- Customer payment cannot be authorised or verified
- The order appears fraudulent or unusually high risk
- Delivery address is incomplete, invalid or unsupported for cross-border shipment
- Website pricing or clothing product information contains obvious errors
- The order violates export controls, trade sanctions and cross-border trade restrictions
- Promotional coupons or discount activities have been misused
- The customer has engaged in abusive or unlawful transaction conduct
If we cancel any fully paid order, a corresponding refund will be issued back to the original payment method.
