Refund and Returns Policy

This policy applies to all women's clothing orders purchased from Beijing Gujin Technology Co., Ltd.

Eligible Return Time Window

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after the recorded delivery date of your women's apparel package.

How to Submit a Return Request

Before sending back any clothing goods, send an email to our official mailbox gujinaa@outlook.com and wait for official return approval and detailed operation instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility Standards

Women's clothing items can only be approved for return if they meet all the following conditions:

• Unworn, unused, unwashed and without any manual alteration
• Keep the original factory new condition completely intact
• Complete with original fabric labels, hang tags and full outer packaging
• Free from perfume residue, cosmetics, deodorant, stains, hair and any obvious signs of wear
• Attach valid order purchase proof when applying for return

Non-Returnable Women's Clothing Categories

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged under normal circumstances:

• Underwear, intimate apparel and other hygiene-sensitive garments
• Products clearly marked as final sale or non-returnable on product page
• Promotional gift cards
• Custom-sized, personalized printed or manually altered clothing
• Items with obvious wear, washing traces, collision damage or improper use damage
• Goods returned without prior written return authorization from our team

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Goods Handling

Please contact us immediately once you receive damaged, defective or wrong-style women's clothing. In your email, attach your order number and clear photos or videos containing all below content:

• Full complete shot of the whole garment
• Close-up picture of defective, damaged or mismatched position
• Original fabric size label and brand tag of the clothing
• Complete outer shipping carton and packaging
• Original logistics shipping label on parcel surface

After we verify all submitted evidence, we will provide solutions including free replacement, partial refund, full refund or other reasonable compensation according to the actual situation.

Return Shipping Cost Liability

If you apply to return goods due to personal preference change, wrong size selection or self-ordering mistake, all international return freight, customs clearance fees and related logistics costs shall be borne by the customer.

If we confirm the goods are factory defective, damaged during transit or mismatched with your ordered style, we will bear corresponding return costs and provide matching refund/replacement solutions.

Important Return Address Notice

Do not send returned clothing items to our office address printed on the website or the delivery address on your original parcel, unless our customer service staff specially inform you by email. We will send exclusive authorized return warehouse address and operation steps to you after approving your return application.

Refund Processing Timeline

We will inspect all returned clothing products after receiving the parcel. If your return application passes inspection approval, the refund fund will be returned to your original payment account within 5–10 business days normally.

The arrival time of refund also depends on the processing cycle of your bank or third-party payment provider, and we cannot control the delay caused by financial institutions.

Original Shipping Fees Regulation

The initial outbound international shipping fee paid when placing the order is generally non-refundable, only two exceptions: you cancelled the order before goods dispatch, or the refund is caused by our factory production & delivery error.

Product Exchange Rules

Direct one-click exchange service is not always available for all women's clothing styles. If the exchange cannot be arranged due to stock shortage or logistics restrictions, you can return the eligible item first and place a new separate order for your wanted product.
