For change-of-mind returns, incorrect size selection or customer ordering errors, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If we confirm that the product was damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, we will provide an appropriate return or refund solution.
Do not return products to the company address or to the address shown on the original parcel unless our customer service team specifically instructs you to do so. Approved return instructions and the applicable return address will be provided by email.
Returned products will be inspected after receipt. If the return is approved, the refund will normally be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
The payment provider or financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to the customer’s account.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the order was cancelled before dispatch or the refund results from an error for which we are responsible.
Direct exchanges may not always be available. Where an exchange cannot be completed, the customer may return an eligible product and place a new order.
